I am a life-long resident of Haywood County and have a rich back ground in real estate including over 9 years in real estate lending at a local bank and over 15 years of real estate appraisal experience
I am a member of BOTH the Central West TN Association of Realtors (CWTAR) MLS AND Memphis Area Association of Realtors (MAAR)MLS - One of only 5 agents in Brownsville who is a member of both! (All 5 are in my agency)
I currently serve on the Board of Directors of the Central West Tennessee Association of Realtors where my agency and all my agents are members - we are also members of the MLS through this association which covers most of West Tennessee
I have owned and managed many pieces of rental real estate since 1984 consisting of single family dwellings, duplexes and small commercial properties - I also manage several pieces for other owners
I purchased a Crye-Leike Franchise because I felt I could still give the 'small town' personal attention to all my clients by owning my own agency but I could offer the exposure for listings and availability of properties for sale of a large agency
Served on the Board of Directors of the Carl Perkins Center for the Preventiion of Child Abuse Plus, I served on the Building Committe which oversaw the Planning and Construction of the New Advocacy Center -
Myself and My Agency List and Sell All Types of Real Estate in Haywood County (Brownsville and Stanton) as well as surrounding counties
My agency is very active in the community - we participate annually in the Fall Fest, We decorate our agency for Fall each year - we participate in Local Christmas activities and decorating
My Agency has fundraised and helped with The Carl Perkins Exchange Club for the Prevention of Child Abuse and for the proposed Park of Dreams - we are also involved with promoting the Haywood County Schools and Sports
